Description
Spring and Summer are a magical time when we hear the birds and watch the blooms blossom outside. My backyard brings some special birds, occasionally I will see a beautiful Robin fly by. This is watercolor painting of a robin with a bird nest and eggs. I love the color of robins egg blue. Also in the painting I was inspired by the old dogwood tree in the front of my home. I also added a mix of colorful blossoms from flowering trees.

I love this! The colors are so pretty...I miss the dogwood tree where we used to live. But the good news is, we have a robin nesting on our back porch! (An American robin in this case...)
